Kelda joined Corinium Care in November 2017 having previously worked for a premium retirement village group. Prior to this, Kelda established a successful Home Instead Senior Care business. Kelda has an honours degree in Social Care, diploma in Mental Health and a graduate of Supported Education. Kelda grew up in a tight knit Irish family and understands the importance of family and personal values. She is passionate about providing high quality personable service to clients and their families and supporting a happy and engaged team to meet these needs.
Head of Care
Carron joined Corinium Care in 2018. Having worked in the health and social care sector for over 30 years, she brings her extensive managerial and consultancy experience to the team. Carron most recently worked for Remploy on behalf of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and is a stickler for best practice, quality and compliance at all times. She has a keen interest in the benefits of assistive technology to enhance lives and is a registered ‘dementia champion’ using her excellent knowledge and skills to help make a positive difference to those living with dementia.
Head of Client Services
Laura started with Corinium in 2010 to help look after our clients and give support to carers, having spent 12 years working with adults with learning disabilities. In 2018 she advanced from the role of Senior Care Manager to Head of Client services ensuring our clients receive an exceptional, swift and responsive service at all times.
Amanda became one of Corinium’s carers in 2009. In 2015 she joined our head office team and brings that invaluable experience to her role as Care Manager.
Rachael joined the Corinium Care team in June 2017 as a Care Manger supporting clients in the South East of the country. She has worked in the care sector for over 16 years and has held a variety of roles, her most recent being a manager for a 45 bedded dementia care home. Her care qualifications include NVQ level 5 and a diploma in dementia care.
Lucy brings her extensive background in care planning, risk assessment, medication administration, CQC compliance and staff support to the Corinium Care team. She has previously worked in a variety of care roles beginning as a technician in the ambulance service, an elderly and dementia care setting and adults with learning disabilities. Covering the Surrey area she works closely with clients and their families to ensure they receive personalised holistic care at home, along with supporting carers and helping them to develop their skills.
Sharon joined the Corinium Care team in August 2017. Having worked in a number of care settings since since 2002, she uses her wealth of experience and knowledge from her NVQ level 5 qualification to offer clients the very best care and support. She is proud to be enrolled as a dignity champion
Client Services Manager
Corinium Care welcomed Jo in 2011. Coming from an extensive background in customer service, Jo knows the importance of regular and responsive contact in ensuring that clients and their families are well supported and happy with their care package.
Client Services Advisor
Rebecca joined the team in March 2018. Her role is to provide prompt and friendly support to new clients and their families from initial contact to the start of care.
Joining in 2006, Natasha has worked for Corinium care for over 12 years. An avid believer in personalised care, she and her team handpick carers who closely match clients preferences and wishes. She ensures that the team confirm carer bookings well in advance and provide ongoing support for the duration of the care package.
Trudi joined the Corinium Care team in September 2010. Her role is to coordinate carer bookings and provide ongoing support to clients and their carers. She works closely with Care Managers to ensure that clients preferences are well matched with carer availability.
Carly joined Corinium Care in March 2017. After gaining experience in the administration department, she progressed to the role of Bookings Co-ordinator in March 2018.She has over 16 years of experience in the care industry having worked in both domiciliary and residential care and at a local hospital. She lives locally with her husband and young son.
Aisha works in the Bookings team assisting with carer schedules, support calls and helps to ensure smooth handovers between assignments. She joined the team in July 2018.
Daniella joined the team in January 2018 having previously worked as the manager of a busy office and in a variety of customer service roles. She works in the recruitment department selecting the very best candidates for our clients and ensuring that carer applications are processed swiftly whilst fully compliant with CQC and Home Office guidelines.
Helen runs the carer induction training and refresher training sessions, joining in May 2018. Helen worked as a live-in carer for Corinium Care for 5 years between 2001 and 2007. Since then she has worked in various care and educational roles; in a local specialist college for 8 years running a training flat and as a living skills tutor for young adults with additional needs. Her most recent employment was a Diploma/ NVQ Health and Social Care Assessor, teaching in a range of care homes and residential facilities.
Victoria joined Corinium Care in December 2007 and manages the administration department and oversees general office management. Her excellent attention to detail ensures that client and personnel files are fully complete and compliant at all times.
Communications and Marketing Manager
Katharine joined the Corinium Care team in February 2008. After managing the company recruitment for a number of years she moved to the Marketing and Communications department in 2016. She is passionate about ensuring that marketing goals are aligned with overall business vision – that is – the provision of an exceptional responsive and reactive service which is safe, customer orientated and personalised at all times.
Digital Marketing Specialist
James began his career as a lecturer in psychology and as a practicing psychotherapist in London and Gloucestershire. Returning to his initial passion for the psychology of marketing, James completed a Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing and now combines both disciplines, specialising in Search Engine Optimisation, the psychology of human-computer interaction and website optimisation. His interests also include movies, retro-gaming, filmmaking and more movies!

Lindy runs Corinium Care’s office in Eastern Cape and is in charge of recruitment of carers for the UK from South Africa.
Jenny runs Corinium Care’s office in Harare, and is in charge of recruitment of carers for the UK from Zimbabwe.
