Joining Corinium Care in 2008, Katharine works closely with the Registered Manager and Head of Care to ensure that customers and their families receive an exceptional experience throughout their care journey. Striving to exceed expectations through the highest quality care and customer service, Katharine is passionate about providing a responsive and personal service that is closely aligned to individual needs and wishes.
Dedicated to helping customers and their families, Charlotte feels privileged to be the first point of contact for those considering their care options. From the very first moment of enquiry through to when the care package starts, Charlotte ensures continuity of help and support all the way through.
Frances joined the team in August 2019 and manages the care team covering the South East regions of the UK. She has 30 years’ experience in Health and Social Care, beginning as a Night Care worker in a residential setting and then a Domiciliary Care role. Frances was quickly promoted to Care Manager and has achieved level 5 Apprenticeship in Leading and Managing Healthcare Services.
Amanda joined the team in June 2019 and manages the care team covering the northern regions of the UK. She has worked within the care industry for over 12 years and in management since 1999. Amanda is passionate about empowering people to remain as independent as possible and to maintain their daily skills whilst providing person centred, professional care at all times.
Beth has a wealth of experience in tailoring quality home care to individual needs. She has experience in providing a range of care packages from companionship through to supporting people with complex healthcare needs such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, spinal injuries, Multiple Sclerosis and Cerebral Palsy.
Trudi joined the Corinium Care team in September 2010. Her role is to coordinate carer bookings and provide ongoing support to clients and their carers. She works closely with Care Managers to ensure that clients preferences are well matched with carer availability.
Corinium Care welcomed Jo in 2011. Coming from an extensive background in customer service, Jo knows the importance of regular and responsive contact in ensuring that carers, clients and their families are well supported and happy with their care package.
Lucy joined the team in December 2020 having previously worked as the manager of a busy office and in a variety of customer service roles. She works in the recruitment department selecting the very best candidates for our clients and ensuring that carer applications are processed swiftly whilst fully compliant with CQC and Home Office guidelines.
Client Services Advisor
Rebecca joined the team in March 2018. Her role is to provide prompt and friendly support to new clients and their families from initial contact to the start of care.
South Africa agent
Lindy runs Corinium Care’s office in Eastern Cape and is in charge of recruitment of carers for the UK from South Africa.
Jenny runs Corinium Care’s office in Harare, and is in charge of recruitment of carers for the UK from Zimbabwe.
