Karen Thorn

General Manager

Karen joined the Corinium Care team in April 2019 having previously led large organisations to excel in customer service. She is passionate about delivering person-centered care to Corinium clients and ensuring excellence across the business

Her background in the care industry means she truly understands what is important to both clients and carers. Key to Karen’s drive is ensuring that staff are rewarded and recognised for their hard work and that clients know she is always available to address any queries or concerns they may have.

Ruth Stott

Head of Care

Registered nurse, Ruth, is a stickler for high standards and compliance at all times. Heading the care management team, she ensures that the delivery of care is safe and effective and that the care received is tailored and client-focused whilst also ensuring that carers are supported within a safe environment. She is a strong believer in live-in care in enabling individuals to retain independence in the comfort of home.

Justine Lovelock

Business Trainer

A dedicated trainer with a strong history in the provision of compex care, Justine brings her skills and knowledge to the Corinium Care training team. She is responsible for the training and screening of both new and existing carers to ensure that carers are well equipped to provide the very best care to clients.

Sharon Gay

Care Manager
Sharon joined the Corinium Care team in August 2017. Having worked in a number of care settings since since 2002, she uses her wealth of experience and knowledge from her NVQ level 5 qualification to offer clients the very best care and support. She is proud to be enrolled as a dignity champion


Stephen Cadogan

Care Manager
Stephen joined Corinium Care in October 2018 as a care manager, bringing in a wealth of experience in the care sector for the Order of St John as a care leader in Dementia specialist homes and as a field care supervisor for an Oxford-based Domiciliary care provider. Covering the south of England, he works closely with clients and their families to ensure they receive personalised care at home, along with supporting carers and helping them to develop their skills.

Christine Attridge

Care Manager
Christine joined Corunium Care team in August 2018 as a Care Manager supporting clients in the Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Northamptonshire & Suffolk areas. She has worked in the care sector for over 10 years and has provided quality care in her positions as, Carer, Care Co-Ordinator & Deputy Branch Manager. Her Care qualifications include NVQ 2 & 3 and diploma’s in Dementia Care, Palliative Care & Bereavement Care for Families.

Samantha Harvey

Care Manager
Samantha brings over 24 years worth of care experience to the Corinium Care Team. Using her managerial expertise, along with NVQ 4 Registered Care Manager award, she supports clients in the Gloucestershire South area. She is passionate about providing the very best service to clients and carers ensuring they receive personalised and professional care at all times.

Laura Graham

Head of Client Services
Laura started with Corinium in 2010 to help look after our clients and give support to carers, having spent 12 years working with adults with learning disabilities.  In 2018 she advanced from the role of Senior Care Manager to Head of Client services ensuring our clients receive an exceptional, swift and responsive service at all times.

Joanne Wilkins

Client Services Manager
Corinium Care welcomed Jo in 2011. Coming from an extensive background in customer service, Jo knows the importance of regular and responsive contact in ensuring that clients and their families are well supported and happy with their care package.

Rebecca Fawcus-Gibbs

Client Services Advisor
Rebecca joined the team in March 2018.  Her role is to provide prompt and friendly support to new clients and their families from initial contact to the start of care.

Trudi Powderly

Bookings Co-ordinator
Trudi joined the Corinium Care team in September 2010. Her role is to coordinate carer bookings and provide ongoing support to clients and their carers. She works closely with Care Managers to ensure that clients preferences are well matched with carer availability.

Aisha Seare

Bookings Co-ordinator
Aisha works in the Bookings team assisting with carer schedules, support calls and helps to ensure smooth handovers between assignments. She joined the team in July 2018.

Kate Stanulewicz

Bookings Co-ordinator
Kate joined Corinium Care as Bookings co-ordinator in November 2018 after having worked in the care industry for seven years. She has completed Dipolma levels 1 and 2 in Health and Social care and has worked as a Senior Carer and Nursing Assistant. She now co-ordinates carer bookings and provides support to our clients and carers to help ensure smooth client-carer matches as well as handovers between assignments.

Daniella Harding

Recruitment Co-ordinator
Daniella joined the team in January 2018 having previously worked as the manager of a busy office and in a variety of customer service roles. She works in the recruitment department selecting the very best candidates for our clients and ensuring that carer applications are processed swiftly whilst fully compliant with CQC and Home Office guidelines.

Hannah Richards

Recruitment and Compliance Administrator
Hannah joined the team in November 2018 with previous experience working as a Life Skills Coordinator, Job Coach and Sports Coach to vulnerable adults, and as a Teacher’s Assistant in Dubai. She works in the recruitment department processing carer applications to ensure they fully comply with CQC and Home Office guidelines.
