Applying for live-in carer jobs
On this page, you can apply for live-in carer jobs with Corinium Care. If you think you’d like to apply to be a live-in carer, the first thing to do is to complete the online job application form on this page or by downloading a hard copy of the application form and returning to us by post.
Before we can process an application for live-in care jobs, we need to acquire three satisfactory responses from your referees. In the case of international referees, it is advisable to provide email addresses or fax numbers to speed up the application process.
Invitation to join our training course
Once we have received suitable references and approved your application for live-in carer jobs, we invite you to attend our induction and training course. This is a five-day course held once a month at our head office in Nailsworth in Gloucestershire. Our carer accommodation “Oakleigh House” is also available on a first-come-first-served basis at a heavily subidised rate for our carers.
We also provide regular refresher training courses throughout your career with us so you can be sure to keep your skill sets up-to-date.
Please note that acceptance onto the Corinium Care training course does not mean your application to join our register of live-in carers has been successful. We will finalise your application to become a live-in carer after five days of interview, induction, training and assessment in Gloucestershire.
Before you arrive for your training week, we advise you to sort out the necessary documentation, such as National Insurance, work permit (for carers from outside the UK), and a UK bank account.
