Meet our Durham team
Amanda joined the team in June 2019 and managed the care team covering the northern regions of the UK. She has worked within the care industry for over 12 years and in management since 1999. Amanda is passionate about empowering people to remain as independent as possible and to maintain their skills whilst providing person centred, professional care at all times.
Lucy joined the team in November 2020 having previously worked in a variety of care and logistics recruitment roles. She works in the recruitment department selecting the very best candidates for our clients and ensuring that carer applications are processed swiftly whilst fully compliant with CQC and Home Office guidelines.
Recruitment & Compliance Administrator
Claire joined the team in November 2020 with previous experience working in a variety of customer service roles including on luxury cruises and at a boutique hotel. She works in the recruitment department ensuring our current carers files always remain compliant in line with CQC and home office regulations.

One of our qualified Care Managers will arrange a home visit. This is so we can conduct a full and thorough assessment in order to create a carefully personalised care plan.
3. Commence Care
Your Care Manager will then work with our experienced bookings team to match the best possible live-in carer. Often, the next day.
