We then send you a copy of our Terms and Conditions for your consideration, and if you decide to proceed, one of our qualified care managers will make an appointment for a home visit so we can meet the client personally and start to develop an individual care plan that best suits the client’s needs.
After detailed discussions, we will send a confirmation letter, outlining the service we’re able to provide and a final costing for the individual care package. At this stage we ask that our agreement and personal details forms are completed and returned.
Your Care Manager will then work alongside the Corinium Care bookings team to ensure the client has a care provider who best suits their individual circumstances.
Choosing your carer
Our clients are given the opportunity to make informed decisions about the choice of live-in carer and we always take their preferences into account.
Realising the importance of continuity to both our clients and their families, we try and propose the same regular carer for each client so they can build a good rapport based on mutual respect and understanding.
Keeping in touch
Once care has begun clients receive regular telephone contact from their care manager to make sure everything is going well. We also arrange an annual visit and review of the care package and make adjustments to suit changing circumstances. An interim review can always be arranged if the need arises.
Feedback from our clients is actively encouraged and is essential to ensure the carer/client relationship is a positive one.
